Dimitrios Masouras Studio ships artworks and objects with care, using trusted carriers and protective packaging to ensure each piece arrives safely.

If your location does not appear at checkout or you encounter any issues, please contact us directly to arrange a custom shipment.

PROCESSING TIME
Each order is carefully handled and prepared. Please allow 3–5 business days for packaging and dispatch. For made-to-order or limited edition items, processing times may vary. Any delays will be communicated via email.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
Greece: 2–5 business days from dispatch
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

PACKAGING
All works are packed with the utmost care. Ceramics and delicate pieces are wrapped securely using protective materials. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in tubes, depending on size and format.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive it, or have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and work with you to find a resolution.
